Wholesale Sales Lead for Gift Channel
Matr Boomie is seeking a Sales Lead for channel sales. We’re looking for an experienced professional who has a natural Sales personality, a proactive problem solver, love for design and sustainability and passionate about driving sales and marketing initiatives.
Position Overview:
As the Channel Sales Lead, you will be instrumental in leading our sales initiatives. Your role will encompass lead wholesale sales for Key Accounts, Gift Stores, and specialty retail including Airport Stores, Museum Stores, Bookstores etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Lead B2B sales for these channels; growing existing accounts and adding new accounts
- Trade show Representation: Lead and represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
- Sales Rep Management: Managing outside Sales rep for these channels.
- Build Programs for different channels/ accounts based on opportunities
- Customer Service: Ensure top-notch service for our clients and address any issues that arise. Support Customer service team as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and design teams to align sales and marketing efforts with company goals.
- Support overall Sales team as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales in gift/ retail.
- Skills: Proficient in sales management and customer service. Experience in merchandising and people management is a plus
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Personality: Willing to lead, Hands-on, multi-tasker, team player and a go-getter with a proactive approach.
