We’re looking for a reliable, motivated warehouse associate to join us at Gitzell FairTrade in our St. Charles warehouse! This is a part-time position (15–32 hours/week) with flexible scheduling, perfect for someone who wants steady hours without giving up work-life balance. Enjoy a 4-day work week (closed weekends + Mondays = 3-day weekends!).

About Us:
Gitzell FairTrade is a woman-owned, fair trade home décor and accessories brand. We partner with women artisans across Africa to create handwoven baskets, totes, and gifts. Every product tells a story, and every order helps support women, families, and communities.

What You’ll Do:
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with care
Receive shipments, organize products, and keep the warehouse neat and welcoming
Help keep our online store up to date (inventory, product photos, and posts)
Occasionally assist with staging or tours, we love showing the story behind our products!
Take ownership of warehouse operations: lead by example, suggest improvements, and help guide seasonal helpers or part-time staff when needed.

Who You Are:
Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and moving around a warehouse setting
Tech-savvy enough to update inventory and print shipping labels
A team player with good communication skills
Excited about fair trade, sustainability, and supporting women-led businesses
Natural leader with initiative, comfortable stepping up to keep the warehouse running smoothly
