Please provide your information below to be included in the 2021-2022 Fair Trade Wholesale Guide. Photo requirements:

All images must be png, jpg, or pdf.
All images must be proportionate (square) with a 1:1 ratio.
Minimum image size is 300×300.
Images that are too small will not be used.
Images that are not square will be cropped to size and may not appear as desired.
