How Are Dues Calculated?

Membership Dues

Estimate a dues amount for your organization using the calculator below! Dues are paid by members annually. They are calculated on a sliding scale between $400 and $10,000 based on prior-prior year gross sales (e.g. 2022 dues are based on 2020 gross sales) with the exception of a flat rate for brick and mortar retailers.*

Canadian enterprises can use the form the same way, entering gross sales in CAD, which will show your dues in CAD. Note that they will be invoiced at par in USD, using the average exchange rate for the previous fiscal year.

PLEASE NOTE: The calculator is only meant to help applicants and members estimate their dues. For actual dues amounts, please reference your organization’s invoice, or reach out to us to confirm.

*The flat rate for brick and mortar retailers is $300 per location. However, if the business has over 5% in wholesale annual gross sales, the above dues calculator would instead be used.

The dues formula is as follows:

Annual Gross Sales      Membership Dues
$124,999 and under      $400 flat rate
$125,000 – $1,999,999      $250 + $1.50 per $1,000 in sales
$2 million and over      $3,000 + $.10 per $1,000 in sales over $2 million ($10,000 max)
