FTF Members have exclusive market access through B2B partnerships including the FTF Collection on Faire and trade shows, such as NY NOW, AmericasMart, and Las Vegas Market, as well as the B2C platform GoodCarts. The FTF is also an officially recognized verifier of Social Enterprise World Forum, RangeMe, and the Good Market.

The FTF promotes members through member profile pages and several annual campaigns and publications, including our Fair Trade Holiday Gift Guide, and Fair Trade Stores & Cafes Locator. Members have access to low-cost advertising on the FTF’s website and communications, which are visited and viewed by thousands of engaged fair trade, ethical, and conventional buyers. The FTF also promotes members through campaigns and social media with a following of 30,000+ across our channels.

The FTF’s Conference and Expo, our flagship event, not only connects fair trade enterprises to create authentic business relationships but helps drive sales and build capacity to be successful in an increasingly challenging and competitive marketplace. Members attend at a discounted rate and have the exclusive opportunity to sponsor or exhibit at our popular Fair Trade Expo. The FTF also hosts additional events and networking opportunities each year.

The FTF sets a high bar for fair trade practices. Our members lead and help shape the fair trade movement by serving on FTF’s Board of Directors, JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) Committee, as well as other working groups and committees, contributing their experiences and expertise to the greater community.

The FTF has a direct connection to the global fair trade movement as a network member of the World Fair Trade Organization and is also an officially recognized fair trade verifier of the Canadian Fair Trade Network and Fair Trade Campaigns.
