FTF Application Producers/Suppliers List Submission

Submit a list of all producers/producer groups, suppliers, or vendors for ALL products your organization sells. Please list each one separately, and indicate FTF or WFTO membership where applicable, include contact information for at least one representative (not someone within your own organization) for any non-FTF or WFTO member producers, and wherever possible include other information like the category of products they produce, how many individuals employed in each group, how long you’ve worked with them, etc.
