Vi Bella is a job creation company that empowers individuals and communities to break free from extreme poverty and build more beautiful lives through dignified employment. Vi Bella has two workcenters in Haiti – one in Port-au-Prince and the other in Pignon – and employ over 50 artisans between the two. Over 50% of the Port-au-Prince teammembers have disabilities for whom finding employment in Haiti is extremely difficult. Through the non-profit, Vi Bella ensures all artisans’ children are able to attend school with our school scholarship program. As needed, Vi Bella supplements artisans’ income for housing and medical care that goes above and beyond their income. Vi Bella’s goal is to empower with skills and leadership opportunities so that one day, the workcenters will be 100% run by Haitians.
