Food and Beverages:

3. Buy a beautifully handcrafted quilt from Tilonia for $49 or buy one from a bed and bath chain for $60-$250.
4. Choose reusable vegetable-dyed cloth napkins from Marigold for $4.50 each or spend $2.59 every two weeks for disposable napkins made from trees
5. Select a tree-free journal from Fair Trade Winds for $7 or spend $15-$20 at a chain bookstore
6. Support a local Fair Trade retail store (to find one, choose Retailer in our member directory) and keep much of the money you spend in your local community - up to 68% according to the Institute for Local Self-Reliance!
