Sponsorship and Exhibition
Sponsorship
FTF members and recognized partner organizations can sponsor the conference and reach small business owners, non-profit executives, buyers, customers, and other social entrepreneurs at the forefront of the fair trade movement.
- $1,000 Level - Premier sponsors will have their logo displayed on conference documents and on the conference website (with link). Premier sponsorship includes a full page ad in the conference program, one exhibition space, and two participant spaces.
- $500 Level - Sponsors will have their name listed on conference documents and on the conference website. Sponsorship includes a half-page ad in the conference program, one exhibition space, and one participant space.
Exhibition
Members of FTF,
producer members of the International Fair
Trade Association, and recognized partner
or vendor organizations have the opportunity to
exhibit their products, business
services, and activities during the public Fair
Trade Expo on Saturday, March 28.
- $100 - For each six foot space with one table and two chairs. An additional cost may assessed if Internet access is desired. Multiple spaces may be purchased.
Advertising
Members of
FTF, members of the International Fair
Trade Association, and recognized partner
or vendor organizations have the opportunity to
advertise their work in our 2009 Conference
Program and Directory.
- $50 - For each 1/6 of a standard page (3" x 3") black and white advertisement. Multiple spaces may be purchased.
To become a conference sponsor, advertise,
or exhibit, return the Sponsorship
and Exhibition form to the Federation
before March 1, 2009.
Payments are
accepted by check, by credit card via PayPal, or
through a wire transfer.
